Shipping & returns

All orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location: • Standard shipping (US): 3–5 business days • Expedited shipping (US): 2–3 business days • International: 7–14 business days Please allow extra time during seasonal launches and holidays.

Each product is carefully wrapped to preserve the integrity of our botanical formulas. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.

We want you to love your Athena Wellness ritual. If you're not satisfied with your purchase: • Unopened products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery. • Opened products: Store credit within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection. To initiate a return, email athenawellnesscoaching@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: seasonal boxes and limited-edition items are final sale.

Order confirmation is sent immediately after checkout. Shipping confirmation with tracking follows once your order leaves our studio. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or reach out — we're happy to help.
